A new boot floor panel being test fitted. The large cut-away in the corner is for access to the early type of lever-arm damper (not found on later ACs). The narrow cut-out at the leading edge, clears the brake balancing unit for the mechanical brakes (not found on later cars with all hydraulic brakes).
